About REALFIT

An independent standard for physical fitness

REALFIT® is a standards and certification authority for objective physical fitness measurement. Its mission is to create a universal, neutral, and reproducible framework for measuring fitness — across populations, environments, and performance levels, from the couch to the elite.

Fitness measurement today is fragmented. Tests vary by organization, standards differ across populations, and scoring systems lack transparency. As a result, fitness data cannot compound, scale, or achieve institutional trust. REALFIT exists to fix that.

ScoreMy40 is a REALFIT App — one demonstration of what the ecosystem makes possible. The scoring tables used here are drawn directly from the FITDAT open library, versioned and governed by REALFIT.
